Jason Crawford

@onerealjac

Jason is many things, but one thing he is not is still. He is a fast talking, fast walking creative dude. He is a husband, a father of four, and during the day he's the Creative Director for ccsmarketing.com. He's also a speaker, teacher, author and entrepreneur. He never seems to lack ideas, and if we had to describe him in one word, it would be "Intense."

If you stick around and check out some of our content, you'll see what we mean.

Jason's Family with only 2 kids.jpg

In 2009, Jason was working 70 hours a week grinding his way up in a sales company. He was successful, but miserable. When his wife sent him a video of his daughter's first step, which he had missed, he knew something had to change.

His wife had the idea of working together as volunteers at a crisis pregnancy center to share their relationship growth to inspire others.

The Father Dilemma

Crisis pregnancy centers have an interesting dilemma. The unborn child cannot be the recipient of financial aid and grants. The mother can. So, programs are developed to aid the mother, then the centers apply for grants for the help they plan to give to the mothers. Problem? Fathers don't factor in for this assistance model. And if there's no funding, there's no programs.

FIERCE began as...

Fathers Initiating & Encouraging Real Connection & Engagement

Focused

On (more than)

Fathers

Jason had developed a training program which was highly successful. He had gained record sales results in the company he worked for, and so they started traveling him around Florida to assist other teams.

He converted the program by pivoting the content away from sales and toward specific life goals. It formed the basis for mentoring new fathers. It was a results oriented approach to life changes.

What results? How to be a better father. Of course, as our program matured to fill more than that niche, we've expanded to help both men and women both personally and in relationship.

The Loss

Loss

Is

GAIN

In the middle of this journey, Jason lost his job. It was something that nearly turned his world upside down. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it was also freedom to go a new direction. So, he focused on his Master's Degree in Counseling, and launched a marketing business to pay the bills.

What's interesting is that he once again came to realize that the path for individuals and companies to grow are very similar.

Then it happened.

The Rebrand
FRIENDS

FIERCE went from being an idea, to something that actively impacted people. Jason was being asked to teach classes, workshops and engage in mentoring. He was also joined by others, like Gabe Saffold, a military veteran with intelligence background who wanted to collaborate and grow the platform even further.

We challenge everyone to own the present - mistakes and victories alike. We push, pull an encourage all to think and act with freedom and purpose. We've often written things down on our hands to remember them. Now, we design apparel that keeps our key concepts top of mind so we can walk it.

Ultimately, that's we do. We aim to Inspire, Motivate and Activate our friends and followers to be better each day.

WE ARE FIERCE

Our collaborators are growing, and we certainly welcome stories and thoughts from others that inspire. Below are more authors and creators.

Gabe Saffold

Gabe Saffold is truly one of a kind. We like to think of him as a top secret factory that pumps out industry disrupting concepts. He has a voracious appetite for knowledge, and an absolute zero-tolerance take on "BS."

With his military background, he's traveled the world and seen things many only read about. He's fearless in confrontation, and yet authentically disarming in conversation.

You'll love hearing what he has to share.
