C3 is a focused program built around three pillars: Conditioning, Character, and Combat Skills. Each day begins with a video lesson—recorded from live, in-person instruction—followed by practical exercises designed to push you beyond motivation and physical energy, where will-power is developed like a muscle through consistent effort. The Conditioning component is all about challenge. You’ll be encouraged to go past your comfort zone, building not just physical stamina but the mental toughness to keep going when motivation fades. This is where will-power is intentionally forged and strengthened. Character development sessions encourage self-reflection, honesty, and growth, drawing on the core values of FIERCE: meeting fear with belief, overcoming failure with adjustments, and approaching pain with curiosity. Combat Skills are not just about learning techniques or building strength—they’re about becoming someone who can act decisively and protect those around you. Each exercise is designed to help you put knowledge into action, developing the confidence and discipline to respond when it matters most. Participants are encouraged to post daily responses or reflections after each exercise, creating a collaborative and interactive learning space. By the end of the program, you’ll have built real skills, strengthened your will-power, and connected with a community committed to practical growth and action.
